By accessing and using the FlatOrbit website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

FlatOrbit provides digital development services including web development, mobile app development, custom software development, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, backend development, security enhancement, domain and hosting services, landing pages, and software testing.

All projects are governed by individual agreements that outline scope of work, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other project-specific details. If these general Terms conflict with a project agreement, the project agreement will prevail.

Upon full payment, custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project will be transferred to you, subject to the project agreement.

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Projects generally require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in fees or suspension of work.

Successful delivery depends on timely collaboration and clear ownership.

FlatOrbit warrants that services will be performed professionally and consistent with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery to address defects in delivered work. Additional support and maintenance are available under separate agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlatOrbit's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business plans, technical specifications, financial information, and other information marked or understood as confidential.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice unless the agreement says otherwise. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Completed and paid deliverables will be transferred to the client.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if needed, binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
